Rates Are For The Whole Apartment:

Off season: R1200 per night mid week - R1500 per night weekends minimum stay 2 nights.
(Feb to June except Easter, Sept to Nov)

Peak season: R1500 per night
(Jul/Aug, Dec/Jan, and Easter holidays)
Minimum stay 7 nights Dec/Jan

Book direct: We will beat any rates
Specials: Discounts for long stays
Loyalty: Repeat guests get 10% off

✅ Rates are per unit (not per person) and include linen, towels, WiFi, and secure parking.
✅ Minimum stay: 2 nights (7 nights in peak season)
✅ Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (ideal for 2 adults + 1–2 children or small group)

Cleaning Fee: R300 per stay (once-off)

Security Deposit: R1,000 (refundable after check-out)

Secure your booking with just a 50% deposit. Balance due 7 days before arrival.
